答：教会就是蒙 神选召，蒙主耶稣用宝血所救赎的会众。教会是 神的家（参提前3:15）、圣灵的殿（参弗2:20-22；林前3:16），是基督的身体、基督的新妇（参启19:7；弗1:22-23），是真理的柱石和根基（参提前3:15），也是由信徒组成的团体。教会的惟一根基就是耶稣基督，除此之外再没有别的根基（参林前3:11）。

    The Church is the assembly of those who have been chosen by God and redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus.The Church is God's household (cf 1 Timothy 3,15)and the temple of the Holy Spirit (cf Ephesians 2,20-22;1 Corinthians 3,16).It is the body of Christ and the bride of Christ (cf Revelation 19,7;Ephesians 22,23).It is the pillar and foundation of the truth(cf 1 Timothy 3,15) and it is the united body of believers. The Chruch's one foundation is Jesus Christ,apart from whom there is no other foundation(cf 1 Corinthians 3,11).
